Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ColibriERP processes personal data and store data, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD). The Portuguese version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• User account data: name, email and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash).
• Connected store data, obtained through the marketplaces' official APIs only after the seller's authorization: products, prices, stock, orders (items, amounts, status and fees), ads, promotions and performance metrics.
• TikTok Shop: creator information available on the Creator Marketplace (public profile and performance metrics), collaborations and invitations created by the seller, and messages exchanged with creators through the tool.
• Technical data: access and operation logs, for security and support.

We do not use buyers' personal data for any purpose other than managing the store's own orders.

3. How we use the data

• To provide the contracted service: cost and profit reports, promotion management, ad optimization, stock protection and creator collaboration management.
• To carry out on the marketplace the actions requested or configured by the seller (for example, sending an invitation to a creator or adjusting an ad).
• To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and provide support.

4. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (art. 7, V), legitimate interest for security and service improvement (art. 7, IX), and compliance with legal or regulatory obligations (art. 7, II).

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent data. Data may only be shared with: (a) infrastructure providers hosting the service, under confidentiality obligations; (b) the marketplaces themselves, when carrying out actions requested by the seller through the official APIs; (c) authorities, when required by law.

6. Marketplace and TikTok Shop data

Data obtained from marketplace APIs, including TikTok Shop, is used exclusively to serve the seller who granted the authorization. It is not used to serve other sellers, is not sold and is not used to train artificial intelligence models. We follow each platform's data use policies.

7. Storage and security

Data is kept on servers with restricted access and encrypted communication (HTTPS). API access tokens are stored securely, and each company's data is isolated from other companies. We never ask for or store marketplace account passwords.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep data while the account and the authorization are active. When the seller revokes the authorization or closes the account, we stop accessing the data and delete or anonymize it within 30 days, unless the law requires longer retention.

9. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and information about sharing, and withdraw consent, under art. 18 of the LGPD, by emailing developer@colibrierp.com.br. We reply within 15 days.

10. Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies. The application uses only essential session cookies to keep users signed in.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
