The Portuguese version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. The service

ColibriERP, developed by BETESDA TECNOLOGIA LTDA (CNPJ 30.903.973/0001-00), is management software for sellers on Mercado Livre, Shopee and TikTok Shop: costs and profit, promotions, ads, stock, catalog and creator collaborations.

2. Accounts and access

Access is through users registered by a client company. The company is responsible for the users it invites and for keeping credentials safe. Each company accesses only its own data.

3. Marketplace authorization

Each marketplace is connected through the platform's official authorization flow. The seller authorizes only its own stores and may revoke the authorization at any time, in ColibriERP or on the marketplace itself.

4. Automations and decisions

Automations (such as joining promotions, adjusting ads and prices, inviting creators and pausing items out of stock) act within the rules and limits configured by the client company, which remains responsible for its stores, prices and communications with buyers and creators. Every action carried out is recorded in the system.

5. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use the service to break the law or the marketplaces' policies, send abusive or unsolicited messages to creators, or try to access other companies' data.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service continuously available, but it depends on the marketplaces' APIs, which may change or become unavailable beyond our control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from unavailability or changes of third-party platforms, nor for the client company's business decisions.

8. Privacy

Data processing follows our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

The client company may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access in case of breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with the courts of São Paulo - SP as the chosen venue.
